Urality is excited to announce the launch of their newest product, Unified, with the Montclair Center Business Improvement District (BID) located in Montclair, New Jersey! Unified is the first of its kind tool for executives of Main Streets, Business Improvement Districts, and Economic Development Corporations. The Community Management Assistant is designed to maximize the capacity of community leaders, provide powerful insights through data, and build meaningful connections with local business owners. Justin Copenhaver, CEO and Founder of Urality, on the pilot with Montclair Center BID: “We’re grateful to be partnering with a progressive, forward thinking community organization like Montclair Center BID, where we can drive actionable insights from business and property data in Montclair. We’re hopeful that our offerings will truly make a difference in the day to day operations of the BID, and that the BID will use Unified to boost customer relations for the entire local business community.” Jason Gleason, Executive Director of the Montclair Center BID: “We chose to work with Justin and his team at Urality because they just get it! They are truly innovative in their field; Adaptive, dynamic, and solutions oriented. The Unified platform will allow us to manage our district in ways that we never thought were possible. It takes the truly complex problems that place directors deal with on a day-to-day basis, and solves them on a simple, intuitive, user-friendly and efficient platform. This is truly exciting stuff, and we couldn’t be happier to be launching this pilot with them.” About Urality Urality provides a comprehensive suite of tools for downtowns and communities to manage their business community and enhance community advocacy through a range of strategies such as storytelling, way finding, community engagement, and economic development.
